A limited number of rooms are reserved for conference participants in Hotel Abad at the following rates:
- From October 1 to October 3:
- Double room (single use) with breakfast buffet: 69,92€ (taxes included).
- Double room with breakfast buffet: 76, 64€ (taxes included).
- October 4 and October 5:
- Double room (single use) with breakfast buffet: 89,00€ (taxes included).
- Double room with breakfast buffet: 123,00€ (taxes included).
Reservations can be done by sending an e-mail to reservas@hotelabad.com or by phone, calling at +34 925 283 500 until July 31. After this date, rooms will no longer be reserved exclusively for conference participants, but can still be booked at the same rate, subject to availability.

- Select the arrival and departure dates (minimum stay, 2 nights).
- Write de discount code in capital letters and without blank spaces: ESCIM2019.
- You will get 16% discount on the best price available.
Booking conditions:
- You can book your room at any time, while there is still any available.
- The price will be the best price availabale at the moment of booking.
- To be able to benefit of the discount, a minimum stay of two nights is required.
- Payment: At the end of your stay. A credit card is required as guarantee.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation is free of charge 4 nights prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you cost of the full stay as cancellation fee.
